Spectators are Welcome free of charge!
".25 size planes zinging around pylons" is
the best way to describe this event. The planes are fast, the
action is exciting, and the event is a lot of fun to watch.
If you are new to pylon racing and would like
to fly in this event, call the contest director and get the information you need
to get started.
This is a cash prize race for first, second
and third place finishers. Entry fee is $10 each race and the contest director
will supply the fuel and your first propeller.
Anyone with a valid AMA license is welcome to
race.
Help is always needed and appreciated,
even if you have no experience.
Please let the the contest director know if you have a little time and can help.
For the 2010 - 2011 racing season, the May
2011 event will be a championship race for the top 12 point winners from the
regular season ( Sept, Oct, Dec, Feb, Mar & Apr). A special cash purse will be
distributed to the top three racers.
